Women in Engineering Event: Adaptive Leadership Workshop
Adaptive leadership is a theory that enhances the ability of individuals and organizations to address complex leadership challenges. These tools are critical in a constantly shifting environment. The practices and techniques of adaptive leadership will enhance your ability to exercise leadership and mobilize others to achieve goals that are important to you, your organization and your community.
Participants will find these tools and concepts valuable as they manage a large research project, exercise leadership in their profession, shepherd an initiative to improve climate or educational outcomes, create a new program or center, etc.
Note: An exercice will be given beforehand to the attendees, and the results will be discussed during the workshop. Lunch will be provided, but space is limited, so please register in advance.
